FICA Approval for loyalty Accounts

Process:

For South African Citizens with SA IDs:

A picture with the customer holding his/her ID document will need to be taken at the X-Rewards Desk and uploaded on the google forms link. If Fica documents have been uploaded on the google forms link, it will not be required to be sent via email.

For Foreign Nationals:

A picture with the customer holding his/her Passport or Asylum document will need to be taken at the X-Rewards Desk and uploaded on the google forms link.  Additional Fica Documents need to be provided by email to fica@betxchange.co.za for all account Fica approvals. You may cc accounts@betxchange.co.za. Please ensure Fica documents match the details on the account.

Pictures should be clear and reflecting customer details clearly- Example shown below.

Weekly Rewards Allocation

Process:

Customers are required to scan their X-Rewards cards every time they place their bets. Bets do not need to placed through accounts to qualify weekly rewards allocation, as long as the card has been scanned it will qualify.

Rewards are calculated weekly and credited on the customers loyalty accounts (This is the Turfsport 3 account to which the loyalty card is linked).

Customers will be able to utilize their loyalty rewards to place bets in their loyalty account. Customers will not be allowed to withdraw these rewards; however, they will be allowed to withdraw any winnings from bets placed using their loyalty rewards. All withdrawal processes remain unchanged.

Customers will not be allowed to withdraw from this loyalty account if their Fica has not been approved.

Once the Weekly Award has been allocated to the customer’s account, they will receive an SMS letting them know as well as stating their Loyalty Account Number (TS3 Account Number)

Redeeming Weekly Rewards

Customers will place their bet as normal, if a customer would like to redeem their rewards, they will show the clerk the SMS they received with their Loyalty account number

The clerk will then be able to search this number as they would a normal account by typing in (-a) + (Loyalty Account Number)

You will then be able to select between the customers promo wallet or cash wallet to complete payment for their bet. In this case you will select promo wallet.

Customers are allowed to withdraw their winnings (excluding stake) from the promo wallet. This will be moved from the promo wallet to the cash wallet for withdrawal.
